Nactore Technologies LLP (301, 3rd Floor, Ackruti Star, Central MIDC Road, Chakala MIDC, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400093) runs JEE Crusher. JEE Crusher is not affiliated with the National Testing Agency or any IIT. This page says what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. Questions: [email protected].

What we collect

  • Your WhatsApp number or email, if you ask for the free chapter ranking, to send it and a few exam countdown reminders. Reply STOP or write to us to stop them.
  • Your email, to give you access, send login codes and receipts, and answer support.
  • The name you choose for your guides. It is printed on every page you open, with part of your email and a short code, to protect the notes from being copied.
  • Your devices: the browser and phone type, when it was last used, and roughly which city it is in. We use this only to enforce the device limit and stop account sharing. We keep a scrambled code of your device settings, not the settings themselves.
  • Your reading progress: which chapters you opened or finished, and your last page, so the app can resume where you stopped.
  • Payment records from Razorpay: the payment reference, amount and plan. We never see your card or UPI details.

Ads

When you pay, we tell Meta (Facebook and Instagram) that a purchase happened, with a scrambled (hashed) copy of your email, to measure whether our ads work. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your reading progress for ads.

Who processes it for us

Cloudflare (hosting), Render (our server, USA), Supabase (database, Japan), Resend (email, USA), Razorpay (payments, India), and Meta (ad measurement, as above).

How long we keep it

  • Login codes: 24 hours.
  • Device and page-view records: 90 days.
  • Your account and progress: until 12 months after your access ends, or until you ask us to delete it.
  • Payment records: 8 years, because the law requires us to keep accounts.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time. Write to [email protected] from your account email. Deleting your account ends your access.
